How to do it:
1. Cut the tofu into small cubes of 1-2cm and put it on a plate for later use. Shred the ginger, slice the garlic, and cut the green onion into sections. Use 20g of water to make the gravy powder.
2. Heat the vegetable oil until it is 70% hot. Add the shredded ginger and garlic slices to the pan and sauté until fragrant. Add the bean paste and stir-fry for 10 seconds. Add the minced meat and stir-fry for 15 seconds. Add Laoganma's stir-fried shredded pork with oil, chili peppers, and tofu cubes.
